Picked this up today and started playing through it. Really enjoy it so far. I think these types of games is where VR shines the most. The puzzle type game where you're exploring through something. I know it took some critiques for being a quest port but I don't care if it is or not with cool effects like this. The original and now this one have some of the coolest "scuffed" glass effects I've seen.

So PCVR has up to 16 times higher res. The game has some of the finest textures ever seen in a PCVR game. But you'll see no more furniture and objects in a location than a phone processor can handle ;-) I did enjoy the game, the first half is like a walking sim, before puzzles pick up. I used res 400% with the Index and got solid 90 fps - that also helped making the game shine. No npcs also helps getting the game to look good on both mobile and pc platforms.

Well the first one didn't have any npc's either. Just a couple scripted encounters. I was browsing the games that have released since I last did VR heavy over a year and a half ago and it's just an ocean of sub par. Tis a shame.

Wanderer Moss Book 2 Kayak VR Green Hell VR Vox Machinae with singleplayer campaign Probably the best games this year - I do like Hitman 3 VR a lot too, works and looks fine with Index res 500%. Ultrawings 2 is quite awesome too - and was made for PCVR, it's not a Quest port (according to the devs) even if I do get 90 fps using Index res 500%. Red Matter 1 was much more demanding than Red Matter 2, because Red Matter had real lighting - all the light in Red Matter 2 is fake, try to hold your hand under a lamp and it does not illuminate, now try that in Red Matter 1 ;-) Kayak VR is one of the most impressive VR games/sims ever made - Alyx quality. Wanderer is very impressive too.
