Creed on PSVR2 looks like another disaster: www.reddit.com/r/PSVR/comments/12b1jvg/creed_avoid/"Poor Resolution? Check. Quest Port even when there’s a PC Version? Check. Reprojection? Check." The pile of pure Quest ports, w hich are playing worse on PSVR2 than on Quest 2, is growing. This really needs to stop - no one pays 1k for PS5 + PSVR2 to play phoneVR. Well, at least not many I guess - and certainly not me. Strange to see no use of eye tracking and foveated rendering - looks to me like these features aren't easy to implement. But dumping 60 fps Quest ports is very easy.

Hubris has confirmed foveated rendering: youtu.be/2n9RMXoGGbcDoubt I'll buy it a second time, but it's really an awesome game. Let's see about the 90+ fps first...

Yea, I didn't really enjoy it on PC. I played it for about 30 minutes and it just felt like a tech demo to me. Cool visuals but bored me.

Synapse has confirmed foveated rendering: "According to Graebner, the art design and Dynamic Foveated Rendering contributed to the sharp look. The latter calculates the background only in the currently targeted area in full detail, which saves a lot of computing power. Ray tracing is also used with the help of Nvidia's RTX Global Illumination, explains lead programmer Attilio Provenzano. However, this is limited to certain areas of the image, such as glowing cracks in the cave ceiling." mixed-news.com/en/synapse-preview-innovative-psvr-2-action-with-eye-tracking/

Seems No Man's Sky just got a massive update and now supports foveated rendering.

So you're still using the PSVR2? With Vertigo 2, I'm back with the Index. Even GT7 looks too blurry and too subsampled to me, F1 22 in 90 fps looks so much better. I'll probably continue with RE8 soon though, even if I find that game quite blurry too. I still think Call of the Mountain was worth the 2k I paid for the PSVR2+PS5+Nvme. Looking forward to RE4 Remake VR. Btw, sadly PSVR2 users are crying about not getting ports of Alyx and Vertigo 2. If PSVR2 is going to be a great success, it needs to rule with exclusives - it needs to be a leader - not some afterthought and dumping ground for ports. Yep, when I can. But work has been crazy so I haven't been playing much of anything in the last week. Too tired when I get home lol. Just tooling around in Last Epoch with a friend when I do get some time. Btw, could you test NMS with PSVR2 and let me know if it really is better than Index res 400% with maxed graphics, using DLSS I think..
