I think it is, I find it enjoyable. I haven't finished it yet but I've enjoyed what I've played so far. If you liked the first one, I'd say yes.

Yes, even if a Quest port, Red Matter 2 is great. I can run it using Index res 400% - so I guess Aero res 100% may work in 90 fps.
